George Mason University Health and Fitness Expo A big Thank You to George Mason University and the great job they did putting together the 2015 Health and Fitness Expo. It was great to get out and meet hundreds of people interested in health and wellness.

Northern Virginia Community College – Community Day A Big thank you to Northern Virginia Community College – Medical Campus for inviting Movement Chiropractic to their Community Day.  It was a beautiful day.

Northern Virginia AHEC (Area Health Education Center) Medical Panel Thank you to Northern Virginia AHEC for inviting me to speak on their medical panel.  I hope the audience gained some valuable insight on Chiropractic care.

Labor Day Adventure After 3 days , 2 nights, and 186 miles, we made it back to Georgetown from Cumberland, MD. The C and O canal is one of the best beginning bikepacking routes on the East Coast and it’s right in our backyard!
